FAQs

If a question is rejected, will this be counted as a question asked on the submission limits?

No, Question rejected can be re-drafted by the guest and won't be counted on the limit of questions asked.

Setting submission limits to zero is a way to disable the Q&A workflow so people cannot ask more questions?

Yes, but to pause Q&A Workflow formally, you can change the Q&A role of your users to Questions Viewers. Learn how to pause Q&A here.

Can a team asking questions see how many questions they have asked so far during the week?

All the guest users with a Q&A role will be able to see the questions asked by their team and sub-team.

If Questions Subjects are implemented, both sub teams and parent team need to have access to the subjects for this.

When do the weekly limits reset?

Weekly limits reset on Monday at 12am based on the room's offset time.

Can I use both total questions by priority AND submission frequency by priority?

If you limit a team to 10 questions for the total priority, you cannot enter a number higher than this in the weekly priority. We suggest using one or the other.

Can I limit sub-teams separately to their main teams?

Sub-teams will not appear separately; they inherit limits from their parent team.
