Supported browsers

Always use the latest version of your browser for the best security and functionality. Ansarada supports these browsers:

  • Google Chrome

  • Microsoft Edge

  • Mozilla Firefox

  • Safari

All browsers support Single Sign On 

Adobe Reader

Ansarada Deal Rooms use Adobe’s Digital Rights Management (DRM) for security.
Here are the minimum system requirements in order to open secured PDF files:

💡Tip: We recommend setting Adobe Acrobat as the default program for opening PDF documents. Learn how to set this up on Windows computer or Mac computer.

BlueCoat users

If your company is a BlueCoat user the Ansarada site will be automatically blocked by your firewall.

To make your Ansarada experience seamless, you will need to speak to your IT team and ask them to whitelist the following URL: in any firewalls and/or proxy servers. You can learn more here.

Excel, Word and Powerpoint Files

Ansarada has the ability to add an extra layer of security on Microsoft Word, Excel or PowerPoint files using a technology we call Secure Office.

💡Tip: We recommend to convert finalized documents that no longer require collaboration to PDF. Any Microsoft Office files where the intention is for the Guest to modify, markup, fill out or comment it is recommended to remove security as the file will expire when the Room or the Guest is disabled.

To see if your computer or device is able to open secure office document, try to open this test file. If your system is compatible, you'll see an Ansarada sample document.

Here are the minimum system requirements in order to open secured Microsoft Office documents:

  • Windows: Windows 7 (with Hotfix KB79099) and above

  • PC: Microsoft Office 2013 or later

  • MS Office 2019 (Office 365) - All versions except 16.26  

  • MS Office Suite 2016 - All versions except 16.26  

  • Mobile devices: Secure Office can only be viewed on Windows phones. Microsoft does not support secure documents on iPhones/iPads or Android devices.

  • The minimum supported macOS for Office 2016 for Mac is 10.10(Yosemite)

Email notifications

Having issues receiving emails from us? Here’s some steps you can take to ensure you get up to date email communications:

1. Check your email inbox and spam folder: First, check your email inbox and your spam/junk folder to make sure that the email has not been accidentally categorized as spam.

2. Whitelist Ansarada email addresses: If you cannot find the email in your inbox or spam folder, you may need to ask your IT team to whitelist the following email addresses:

💡Tip: If you are not sure how to whitelist email addresses, your IT team should be familiar with the process and able to assist you.

Whitelisting these email addresses ensures that emails from Ansarada are recognized as safe and are delivered to your inbox.

3. Request resending of emails: Once your IT team has whitelisted the above email addresses, you can request that the email be resent. This can be done by contacting the Room Admins or Ansarada support at [email protected].

4. Check your email settings: Sometimes email filters or settings can prevent emails from being delivered to your inbox. Check your email settings to make sure that there are no filters that could be blocking emails from Ansarada.
