If you are on a per user pricing contract you will be charged for a billable user who has an affiliation to the deal. Guests are unlimited and free. A guest is someone who does not have an affiliation to the deal.

⚠️Good to know: Billable users can be viewed in the Reports section of the dataroom under, Reports > Room > Billable users

A billable user is a person that has accepted an invite to the Sell Side or Internal Team (Administrator, Publisher, Viewer, Limited Viewer) within a Room. The platform will make you aware of your license count before you are able to send any additional invites.
