You can now update the payment method for each of your subscriptions from within the platform. We've made this process more efficient so you can update your payment details in a few clicks.
Within our online platform you can pay by credit card or by direct debit. Should you need to discuss a payment plan please reach out to [email protected]
To update the payment method follow the steps below.
In the drop down menu under your name, click the account name for this subscription.
Go to Billing and payment.
Select payment method.
Enter your credit card details or direct debit details through GoCardless.
Upon activation of your subscription you can also view all invoices within your subscription menu.
