ℹ️ This feature is only accessible to people who have purchased the Ansarada Platform via e-commerce.
You can now update the billing contact and billing address for each of your subscriptions from within the platform in a few clicks.
To update the billing details follow the steps below.
Login to Dash and click on the drop-down menu under your profile name.
Select the account name for this subscription.
Go to Billing and Payment, select Update Billing Details.
Enter the required billing details (billing contact's name, email address, phone number, company name, and billing address).
Click Update to save the changes.
⚠️Good to know: You can also update payment method within your subscription menu.
