If you have started your Corporate Freemium and realise you need to either upgrade or downgrade the plan size or wish to update the payment method before going live, please follow the below steps:
Log in to the Room and click on your profile name in the top right corner.
Select Change your plan.
Choose your new plan and payment method.
(Note: Bank transfer is available only for 3, 6, or 12-month upfront invoices for 1GB and above plans.)Click on Next: Billing Information to update your billing details.
If you opt to pay via credit card or direct debit, enter your credit card or direct debit details through GoCardless.
