Transfer subscription ownership with a few clicks via the subscription portal

โ„น๏ธ This feature is only accessible to people who have purchased the Ansarada Platform via e-commerce.

You can now transfer ownership for each of your subscriptions from within the platform.

How to transfer ownership

To transfer ownership follow the steps below:

  1. Login to Dash and click on the drop-down menu under your profile name.

  2. Select the account name for this subscription.

  3. Go to Ownership, select Transfer Ownership.

  4. Enter the new company name and the email address of the new owner.

  5. Click Transfer Ownership Now to save the changes.

Things to note

We will confirm this with the new owner before finalizing the transfer.

  • The new owner will need to acknowledge ownership.

  • They have 5 days to acknowledge before the link expires.

  • The new owner can acknowledge or decline the transfer.

  • You can cancel the transfer or send a reminder.

  • You'll receive email notifications about the transfer status.

  • Once transferred, you will no longer manage the subscription, but you'll retain Administrator access to the product.
