ℹ️ This feature is only accessible to Q&A Administrators using one-way Q&A.
As a Q&A Administrator, you may have multiple Questions that need to be forwarded to different people. Ansarada rooms have the ability to bulk assign Questions to multiple people in one go.
See below for how to bulk approve and forward questions:
Step 1: Log in to the Ansarada Data Room
Log in at dash.ansarada.com.
Step 2: Navigate to the Q&A Section
On the left-hand side, click "Q&A" under "View."
Step 3: Locate your questions
Click on the tab for "Awaiting your action only"
Step 4: Bulk approve
Go to the Actions tab in the top right of the page, select Bulk approve and forward Questions.
Step 5: Select Questions and People
All eligible questions will appear in this page. Tick the box in front of the questions that you would like to bulk assign. If you'd like to assign all questions, tick the box at the top.
Select the people you would like to be responsible for answering the questions.
If you want to assign all legal questions to your lawyers and all financial questions to your accountants, you would need to choose all the legal questions > select your lawyers. Repeat the same process for all the financial questions but select your accountants this time. Any of the assigned people can answer the question, first in best dressed.
Step 6: Close the confirmation window.
Upon completion you'll see a confirmation of the amount of questions forwarded.

Alternatively, you can create add and assign a Question Subject's owner(s). If you have already setup your Question Subjects, you can add Subject owners by editing it.

Q&A Administrators cannot forward questions already assigned to them to other Q&A administrators. If a question status is "awaiting approval by Q&A administrator" they can only forward to users with other Q&A roles.

If you can't find the person under Select People, check if they have been given access to the Question Subject by editing their team's security settings.
