All you need to know about Ansarada subscription-based data pricing.

Subscription sign ups

Ansarada gives you simple subscription pricing without the risks and uncertainty associated with legacy VDRs. To get started, please visit our pricing page to sign up online in no time and receive free access to the full suite of Ansarada tools.

Subscription renewals

A renewal is when your contract is to recommence for a new billing period, i.e. monthly, 3months, 6months or 12 months, in line with your existing subscription terms.

We send a reminder to your nominated billing contact to advise of renewal. Upon receiving these reminders, you can choose from the following options:

  1. Auto renew on the same contracted term

  2. Change to a new subscription prior to renewal date (the new signed quote must be returned prior to the renewal).

  3. Cancel subscription by disabling the data room on or before the final day of your current subscription period, follow the steps here.

⚠️ Good to know: Please ensure that any rooms no longer required are disabled prior to the next renewal date, as upon renewal of a subscription the invoice becomes payable in line with the Terms & Conditions. Data rooms which are disabled during a current billing period are not liable for a time/use based pro-rata, so it is important to ensure you select a plan length which meets your expected deal duration.

Upgrade / Downgrade

You have the flexibility to change your data plan before your subscription is activated or before inviting Guest users. After selecting your paid subscription at the end of your free access, please note that changes can no longer be made.

⚠️ Good to know: Any needed changes to your data plan can be made towards the end of your contracted period and will take effect upon renewal of your subscription.


If you exceed your data tier, you will be charged for additional data packs. Please note, overage costs are calculated per pack per month over the remaining subscription term.

The additional data is captured at the peak usage for the billing period. If you remove the additional data at a later date during your subscription term, the overage charges will still apply as credits are not given for reduction of data.

📌 Please note, a later date could be anywhere from 1 day to 1 year plus based on your subscription plan. Please ensure you select the correct data plan to suit you and your customers’ needs.

⚠️ Good to know: If you have removed the additional data from the room, please send written notification, of the overage removal prior to renewal to [email protected] so we may exclude the additional data packs from the renewed subscription period.

Viewing your data use

The room size can be checked at any stage by Administrators or Viewers via the Usage for Billing report. The room size will include all data (including enabled and disabled files).

You can also view your room use by clicking on the data gauge as shown below:

📌 The data gauge shows your highest room size for the day (not the billable room size) and includes all enabled, disabled and deleted documents. The data gauge refreshes daily at 12am Sydney time when deleted documents from the previous day are no longer included in this report.

Payment term and payment method requirements

There are various requirements regarding payment types and payment terms depending upon your subscription.

  • Month to month contracts: invoices are due upon receipt and payments are strictly required to be made via credit card or direct debit only.

  • 3 months/6 months/12 months contracts: payment term is net 30 days from invoice date and invoices can be paid via credit card, direct debit or bank transfer.

Depending upon the invoice’s currency, payments need to be settled into a specific bank account. For example, USD invoices need to be paid to USD bank account. Bank accounts details are located on the invoices for all 3/6/12 months contracts.

Bank account details are not located in month to month invoices as payments strictly need to be on direct debit/credit card.

You’re able to pay by credit card via your subscription management portal. We do not take credit card payments over the phone.
