If MFA is turned on by the Administrator of one or more rooms that you have access to on the Ansarada platform, you can follow these steps upon your next login to access your deal room.

Want to know more about setting up MFA for your room? 🔐

Feel free to get in touch with our amazing global support teams through Live Chat or email us at [email protected]. We're excited to connect with you!

1. Download an Authenticator Application

  • First things first, download and install an authenticator application.

  • Visit our help page for a list of authenticator applications.

2. Login to Ansarada Profile

  • Upon accessing Ansarada, enter your email address and password like always.

3. Scan the QR Code

  • You'll be presented with a QR code.

  • Open the authenticator app you just downloaded. Depending on the app, you might need to log in with your Google or Microsoft account. Alternatively, you might be able to use the app without logging in.

  • In the app, you'll likely see an option that says Add Account > Scan QR Code. Click on this option to continue and scan the QR code.

  • You might get a notification asking you to allow authenticator app to take pictures and record video. Tap Allow.

ℹ️ Don't have a smartphone with a working camera? No problem! You still have the option to set up multi-factor authentication (MFA) manually.

4. Save Recovery Code

  • Make sure to save the recovery code in a safe and secure place. Recovery code can be used in case you can't access your authenticator app or lose access to your authenticator app.

  • Check out this help page on how to use your recovery code to login with MFA.

5. Confirm Setup

  • Once the authenticator app generates one-time password (OTP), which is a 6-digit code based on the QR code scan, enter this code into the MFA setup process on your account. This confirms that the app is correctly synced with your account.

  • Your authenticator app will start generating a 6-digit code that resets every 30 seconds.

6. Enjoy Enhanced Security 🎉

  • Congratulations! You've successfully downloaded and set up an authenticator application for MFA. Now, when you log in, you'll need to provide the 6-digit code generated by the app, in addition to your regular password.
